IBUG is a group of people who use or have used mental health services in the past and have come together to monitor the provision of services in Islington.
We have created this website to provide you with information about our organisation.
You can also find out about services available to you and about organisations supporting people with mental health difficulties.
This website is maintained and developed by volunteers who use or used mental health services themselves.
The idea of the Website Development Programme reflects the ethos of the organisation: iBUG aims to involve mental health service users in all its projects and activities not only as participants but also as active members who take part in the running and co- ordination of these activities. To find out how you can join please contact us.
We would like to receive feedback from you. What do you think about this website and all other iBUG Projects? We encourage you to send comments to us.
You can also use this tool to tell us your opinion about mental health services available to you. iBUG’s function is to give a professional voice to mental health service users and we have successfully campaigned to stop certain services from closing down to improve others.
If you think you have a mental health problem which requires professional help please contact your GP or NHS Direct on 0845 4647.
